We have not had a fishing competition on Lake Jozini for four years due to the drought. But the water level is up enough for us to have a good launch in a deep channel, and to get out there fishing once again!

So, 2018 sees our fishing competition back on – registration is September 6th, with fishing on 7th and 8th September. Competition entry is R300 per fishermen – and we have VERY limited accommodation available. Why not put a team together and book your own self catering lodge home?  Or join the Heaven’s Gate team – there are 3 slots available with a package for accommodation, boat snacks and meals.  Or if you are just two people (or even just yourself) you can book a room at Kujabula Lodge with  dinner and breakfast.

The prize giving dinner is at Kujabula Lodge on Saturday September 8th and you can then head home on the Sunday.

What better way is there to welcome in Spring than to be at the foot of the Lebombo’s, on Lake Jozini, in the exquisite Kingdom of eSwatini?
