Due to the lack of good rain over the 2014/15 summer season. it has been decided that the Royal Jozini annual fishing competition will be held in March 2016 – when it will not clash with the annual water let-out at the dam wall (generally October), and is a really good time for fishing, too.

Massive tiger fish caught at Royal Jozini Big 6 on May 3rd, 2014. Released back to fight another day! Whilst other fishermen struggled to get even a nibble for days on end, this monster was landed at the Marina area. This is what has everyone going back time and again!
